Gaskets Series
CUSCOR offers a wide variety of sealing gasket products and solutions. We fabricate over a dozen materials in hundreds of different material styles. Capabilities include die-cut, water-jet cut, beaded gaskets, pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) laminated parts, prototyping, kiss cut, custom packaging and kitting, as well as engineering assistance. We can help you design a cost-effective gasket that solves your sealing problem.
Tapes Series
Pressure Sensitive adhesives do not require solvent, water, or heat to activate the adhesive. The bond is directly influenced by the amount of pressure which is used to apply the adhesive to the surface. PSA use will continue to grow as a solution to fastening and joining due to advances in adhesive technology, ease of use, and its low cost compared to traditional fastening systems. Molded Products
If you need customized molded rubber, we offer three processes to efficiently and economically produce parts in almost any material or color you need: compression, transfer, and injection. Each custom-molded rubber process is different, and we can choose more flexibly when choosing which process is most suitable for our customers. The goal is to effectively create high-quality parts while reducing costs. Each mold project is carefully evaluated to determine which process should be used. We can manufacture molded rubber parts of almost any material or color. CUSCOR offers precision molded rubber products and molded rubber parts, including rubber gaskets and seals.
Weatherstrips
Weatherstrips and glass run on the door and window frames serve to keep out rain, wind, and noise while enabling for smooth opening and closing of doors and windows. We manufacture these parts in an integrated process – from materials development to forming – that assures top quality. CUSCOR can provide a variety of die-cut, extruded, foam weatherstrips to meet your application needs.
Foam Rubber
Foam rubber, also known as sponge rubber, or latex foam, is a flexible porous substance made by mixing natural or synthetic latex with various ingredients, which is beaten into foam. The resulting product contains approximately 85% air and 15% rubber and can be molded and vulcanized. Its uses include cushioning for furniture, mattresses, and pillows. Foam rubber has excellent resilience and sealing properties. CUSCOR can provide foam rubber sheets, rolls, and precision die-cut parts.
